Kate Moss skates home with ?2.4million profits

It is only February but it has already been an eventful year for supermodel Kate Moss.
The 37-year-old veteran of the international modelling scene recently became engaged to long-term boyfriend Jamie Hince of band The Kills.
And last week she launched her latest collection for French fashion house Longchamp.
Moss’s finances, which took a fall in 2009, have also recovered from the economic downturn. Accounts just filed for her company, Skate LLP, show it generated ?3.5million in the 12 months to last April, up from ?1.1 million the previous year.
Profits were an impressive ?2.4 million, up from ?770,000.
As well as her agreement with Longchamp, Croydon-born Moss has also enjoyed successful collaborations with Topshop and perfume house Coty.
She is estimated to be worth about ?45 million and has a ?2 million Cotswolds home.
