Fashion model buys $1.025M Little Italy condo

Maryna Linchuk bought a one-bedroom, two-bath condo at 354 Broome St. in Little Italy from Patricia Goodwin for $1.025 million on Jan. 25.
The 1,015-square-foot Unit #3H is in the 354 Broome Street development, which was built in 1900.
Ms. Linchuk is a Belarusian fashion model who has appeared on the covers of many magazines. She has done campaigns for some of the top names of the industry, including Escada, Dior, Versace and many more. She has also walked the runway for many a fashion greats including Givenchy, Gucci, Michael Kors, Lanvin, Victoria’s Secret and the late Christian Lacroix.
The Broome Street development has 37 units and 6 stories.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been eight sales in Little Italy in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $820,000.
