Ruby Rose backs off on wedding to Catherine McNeil talk

RUuby Rose has remained coy about her engagement to supermodel Catherine McNeil despite flashing a large diamond ring on her wedding finger.
The Foxtel presenter, who has been in Melbourne to film reality show Ultimate School Musical – Fame at Essendon Keilor College, said shedid not want to comment about her personal life when asked about the rumoured model marriage.
Rose spent most of the interview fiddling with the diamond ring, but stiffened when questioned about her plans to wed.
“It is just a ring,” Rose said. “I wear it because it fits on my finger and the other fingers are too fat.”
However, it is believed the USM host has confided to her inner circle she is engaged to the troubled leggy model, but has told her management she did not want to talk publicly about her relationship because it was “too sacred”.
Rose took famous friends – and old gal pals – Lisa and Jess Origliasso of the Veronicas to the set of the reality TV show about a school preparing to do the stage version of Fame, which will air on Fox 8 this year.
The tiny twins, who gave the students some advice about making it in the music industry and “living the dream like they are”, said they were busy working on their third album, which would be more rock ‘n’ roll.
“It has been three years since we wrote and recorded the last record so we are just excited to do new music and update the Veronicas,” Jess said.
