Miranda Kerr launches David Jones spring/summer collection

Miranda Kerr, the face of David Jones, has returned to Australia to give a sneak preview of the fashions for the warmer months.
Sporting a fresh look with fairer hair, she touched down in Sydney on Friday for the launch of David Jones’ spring/summer collections.
Jetlag and an inner-ear infection did little to temper her passion for Australian designers.
“It’s good to be home,” she said, and named bold colours among her favourites.”I’m loving burnt orange this season, and also a bit of purple coming through is really nice as well,” she said. “I’m loving the nautical look in swimwear, and lots of bright colour.”
Kerr’s private life has been almost as colourful, with rumours of an engagement to actor boyfriend Orlando Bloom and a string of risque near-naked photos. But the 26-year-old was quick to hose down speculation on the status of her relationship that flared when she was seen sporting a gold ring on her wedding finger during the Cannes Film Festival in May.
“I’m not engaged, I want to put a stop to that rumour,” she said.
Last week, topless shots of Kerr surfaced, snapped while she was on a swimwear shoot for Victoria’s Secret in the Caribbean.
“Obviously someone was on the beach hiding out,” she said. “You just feel cheated in a way. But what can you do about it, except realise we are all human and we’ve all got a pair (of breasts)?”
She posed without clothes for Rolling Stone magazine and for the famed Pirelli calendar,
but rules out ever doing a nude spread for lads mags, saying the shots she had posed for were tasteful.
“The Rolling Stone shoot, everything was covered and I actually had a nude G-string on,” she said.
“The other Pirelli shoot, I had my panties on as well.”
