Troubled British singer PETE DOHERTY shuns newspapers featuring his ex-girlfriend, supermodel KATE MOSS – because he still pines for her.
The Babyshambles frontman split with Moss in 2007 but is still struggling to get over her, according to Britain’s Daily Mirror.
A friend of the singer tells how Doherty opened up about his heartache before a gig in London on Wednesday (07Jan09).
The rocker reportedly said, “I miss her so much. I don’t even read the papers because of her, I can’t look at her. I miss Kate. I can’t f**king do anything. I’m trying to become better, I’m trying.”
