Lily Cole may be a high-flying supermodel, but that doesn’t mean she’s not prone to same problems as any other student.
It seemed university life was taking its toll on the 20-year-old’s looks when she was seen suffering a painful outbreak of spots on her chin and forehead.
With scruffy clothes and straggly hair, it is hard to believe the bedraggled figure is the face of Marks and Spencer.
Lily looked less than happy as she went for a cycle around Cambridge in her bizarre mismatched outfit.
Maybe she is feeling the strain of her studies after recently swapping the catwalk for the classroom at prestigious Cambridge University.
She is studying History of Art at King’s College after taking two gap years off to concentrate on her modelling career.
Her patterned baggy trousers and woolly jumper combination are a far-cry away from her recent shoot for French Playboy in which she posed nude clutching a giant teddy bear.
